Video one on one sessions over the internet: Just imagine learning from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world. All of the above skills can be included in these sessions, accept the bodywork. You can record yourself during the session to be able to see your progress. There are some computer requirements. Plus, you will find the video set up great for your personal and professional use.

Taking private sessions requires a commitment of 4 sessions once a week to learn the process. Then continued every other week sessions depending on how much you choose to re-program to get the results you want.
